Supervisor Responsibilities in the Steel Industry

Supervisors have a pivotal role to play in the Internal Responsibility System (IRS), and it is imperative that they know their role and responsibilities. This session will discuss the key supervisor responsibilities, and how their role fits into the IRS. Additionally, we will discuss the hazard control process (RACE), to assist supervisors with recognizing, assessing, controlling and evaluating hazards in their workplace.
